Here is the step-by-step guide to getting an original certificate (or provisional one) of Bachelor, Master, MPhil or PhD from Tribhuvan University. Irrespective of degrees and level, the process of getting original certificate is same except that the fees are different for different levels.

Required Documents that you should have prior to applying for the original certificate:

            A.   Photocopy of the Academic Transcript of the level you want the original certificate of

             B.   One MRP size photo (printed one)

            C.   Photocopy of your citizenship certificate

            D.   Bank Voucher

            E.    Filled-up form that you get from the room number 3

Step 1: Deposit the amount in Global IME bank's extension counter inside the premises (room no 1).

Step 2: Get a form from the room number 3 and get it filled

Step 3: Submit all the documents (mentioned above) in the room number 3

Step 4: The concerned student will get the original certificate after two weeks of the date of application from the room number 3. 

The receiver (himself or other) must show the photocopy of the citizenship of the applicant and bank voucher in order to get the certificate.
