The Baluwatar Issue

Saturday, 8th September 2018. Respected Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is hosting an event on this date at the sarkari resident at Baluwatar. The event is described in the following paragraph.

There is one widespread notice that invites all the people who belong to Oli lineage to be present in the premier’s quarter at Baluwatar at 10:30PM.  See the picture below:

He is the head of the state and the state has provided him the office as well as residence inside the four walls of a building in Baluwatar only because being the most responsible executive of the nation he will keep himself busy for the sake of nation. He will think of the nation. It is believed that he can do more if the state provides everything he needs within a boundary.

The nation has nothing to do with the prime minister’s caste or surname. He might be linked with various group or organization in his personal level, which is not the concern of the country. If he wishes to meet them he can do that going outside, provided his health is in firm. He can’t misuse the government assets and money to host an event that is far related to the nation’s advantage. Single cup of tea distributed in this event will be the equivalent money wasted against the country.  This might just be the tip of the iceberg. many other dignitaries have been using government's assets in their personal works.

Even if he were the key person of the Oli bansaj samaj, he should have asked to meet up somewhere else in the expense of the Oli Bansha Fixed Trust. Notwithstanding, there are 4 Olis name mentioned and none of them happens to be the prime minister. So, he is providing the space just because he is Oli. The hall of national glory should not be converted into a party place, which can be utilized on a personal interest of the premier or his kinship. It will denigrate the prestigious imagery of the Baluwatar Bungalow. In the aftermath of this news, anybody can ask for the venue if s/he is closely related to the PM. And it’s the matter of favoritism to easily get the access to organize the event inside.

The PM’s dwelling place is not his personal property and he should not take it for granted. It’s the national asset and should be used for the national interest in all the circumstances. What he is doing on Saturday is wrong and we should be able to say it loud.
HE IS WRONG. Let's Change It.

In a rather harsh overtones of satire writer Khagendra Sangroula posted his opinion like this but upon which I do have differential denial.

Nice one.
I guess the time of the event was 10 AM!
One more thing - didn't know posting a comment was such a complicated process: verification!
