Many people may find this quite perplexing when they see this type of error message while trying to download new app or update the existing ones. This message indicates that you have associated multiple google accounts to Google Play, and the one that the Play Store is using right now is not authorized to access these features.
So you just have to change the email ID currently used to the gmail address. For example, in this particular case as below, when you click on the menu, the email provider being used is iom.edu.np, which obviously does not have access to full Google features.
To change the email ID, just click on the drop down button at the right side. For example, in this case I have [email protected], when I click this one, then I am all done.
